Introduction: Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) is recruiting for the position of Deputy Manager (Naval Architect) on a permanent basis. This position is based at the CSL Kolkata Ship Repair Unit.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a Degree in Naval Architecture Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university.
Experience: A minimum of 7 years of post-qualification managerial experience in a relevant field such as a shipyard or marine engineering company is required.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 35 years as of December 15, 2025. Age relaxation is applicable for Ex-servicemen as per government rules.
Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of ₹50,000-3%-1,60,000 (Grade E2). The approximate monthly emoluments will be around ₹1,08,400. The position includes benefits like the New Pension Scheme, Provident Fund, and Gratuity.
Selection Process
The selection process involves an assessment of work experience (40 marks), a PowerPoint presentation (30 marks), a group discussion (10 marks), and a personal interview (20 marks).
