The Medical and Health Recruitment Board Assam (MHRB Assam) invites online applications from eligible candidates for the position of Assistant Professor (Ayurveda). There are 02 vacant posts across different specializations.

• Agad Tantra and Vidhi Ayurveda: 01 Post (UR)

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Ayurveda and a Post-graduate qualification in Ayurveda in the concerned subject from a university recognized by the Central Council of Indian Medicine or National Commission for Indian System of Medicine. A valid registration and qualification in NTET/Teachers Code are mandatory.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit is 38 years as of 01/01/2025. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.

Salary

Selected candidates will be paid a salary in the Academic Level 10 pay scale of Rs. 57,700/- to Rs. 1,82,400/- per month.

• OBC/MOBC/SC/ST: Rs. 150/-
• PWD: No Fee

Payment can be made via Treasury Challan or online through the GRAS portal.
