HAL Graduate and Diploma Apprentices Recruitment 2025

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) invites online applications for the engagement of Graduate and Diploma Apprentices for the year 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh candidates to gain valuable training and experience in a premier defence PSU.

Vacancy Details

• Graduate Apprentices: For candidates with a B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science/IT, or Civil Engineering; B.Com; B.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics; or a Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA).
• Diploma Apprentices: For candidates with a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Computer Science, Civil Engineering, Electronics & Communication, Management, or Secretarial Practice.
• Technician Apprentices: For candidates with an ITI in relevant trades.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have passed their Degree, Diploma, or ITI in the relevant discipline in the years 2023, 2024, or 2025 from a recognized university/institute. Candidates who are appearing or awaiting results are not eligible to apply.

Age Limit (as on 08-12-2025)

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 25 years for General/EWS, 28 years for OBC, 30 years for SC/ST candidates.
• Age relaxation is applicable as per the Apprentices Act, 1961.

• Starting Date for Online Application: 08-12-2025
• Last Date for Online Application: 31-12-2025

Selection Process

The selection of candidates will be based on the merit (consolidated marks percentage) obtained in the qualifying examination. Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification.

Stipend

Selected candidates will receive a stipend as per the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961.

How to Apply

1. Candidates must first register on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal at nats.education.gov.in.
2. After obtaining the NATS registration number, candidates need to apply online through the official HAL website.
3. Fill out the application form with all required details and upload necessary documents.
4. Submit the form before the last date and keep a printout for future reference.
